From profile to the jobsite

How a BuildForces profile, training, and certificate turn into paid work.

Crew reviewing plans on a construction site

A strong start is a profile that names your trade, the skills you use, and the jobs you have already done. Companies read that page before they decide who to call.

Training comes next. BuildForces lessons cover safety and trade work the way a jobsite expects it. You can move through a program at your own pace and pick up where you left off.

When you finish, the certificate stays on the same profile. It shows the course name, the issue date, the expiration date, and a QR proof a company can scan.

Jobs are the last step, not the first. Apply from your profile so the hiring team sees the training you already completed instead of a blank application.

Workers who keep the profile current get called back. Add new certificates when they are issued, and update work history after each job.
