   When you create a profile we store your name, email, role, and the details you add. That includes trade, skills, work history, and the messages you send through the site.

   Training records

   Course progress, completion, and certificate details stay on your account. A certificate includes the course name, issue date, expiration date, and the QR proof tied to that record.

   Who can see a profile

   You can see your own information. Companies you connect with can see the professional details you publish for hiring. We do not sell profiles or training records.

4. 04

   How long we keep it

   We keep the account while you use BuildForces, and we keep certificate records so a past check can still be confirmed. If you close the account, ask us to remove the personal details that are not needed for that check.

5. 05

   Ask for a copy or removal

   Write from the contact page and use the email on your account. Tell us whether you want a copy of your information or want it removed.
