Finish the lessons in a program. The certificate then lists the course, the issue date, the expiration date, and a QR proof companies can scan.

Take the program again before the date passes if the job requires a current record. The new certificate replaces the expired one on your profile.

Yes. Your place in the lessons stays on the account, so you can come back and continue without starting over.

Open the jobs page after your profile is ready. Apply from that profile so the company sees your trade, skills, and certificates together.
